  • Store your mat in a cool and ventilated place

how to clean

1. Spray any gentle bleach-free disinfectant, or your own mixture of water, vinegar, and essential oil.

Suggested Mixture: 2 Parts Water, 1 Part Vinegar, 5-10 Drops of your favorite essential oil!

2. Clean with a soft brush or wipe down with a cloth or towel

3. Let your yoga mat air dry

4. Roll and store properly

NOTE: Clean as needed. Air dry your yoga mat after use before rolling it up.

High Quality Mat!

I'm so in love with the design of this Harmony yoga mat. I just recently started doing yoga last month and the poses and the different body shapes, actually helped me relax. As someone on the heavy side, I super love that the design embodies the meaning of yoga - 'yoga is for every body'.
